Wellness Beyond Physical Health
When most of us think on how to improve our wellness, we tend to over focus on nutrition and activity. Maybe it’s because goals like moving more, skipping the donut and eating more broccoli are simpler than tackling other aspects of our lives. In this lunch and learn we will look at the multiple aspects of wellness in simple models and terms so that we can more easily take ownership. We will learn how developing different types of “resolutions” or goals and actions in these areas can serve our overall health more richly and holistically.
