Our gratitude wall is back at the CCC Fitness Centre for the month of May. Use the provided sticky notes to post on the wall around the TV about things you are grateful for, things you dream about and things that motivate you. Improve your positive mental affect by sharing with others.
Need help with making time for the gym or managing your time at the gym? Join us on May 15th 12:00-1:00 to learn what you can do to improve your efficiency at the gym and make your day-to-day life more productive. All tenants of Calgary City Centre Building are welcome, you do not need to be a member of the fitness facility.
Join us 12:00-12:45 every Monday in May, in the CCC Conference Centre on the +15 level for a meditation practice led by a trained meditation instructor.

During the month of October, we will be showcasing our lost and found collection. Anything remaining on November 1st will be donated to goodwill.
By popular demand, we have added another Cycle class MONDAYS 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM. Class starts October 1st and will continue until the end of the fall session to likely be continued in the Fall-Winter Session that begins October 29th.
