Lunch & Learn November 8

Join us from 12:00-1:00 PM November 8th, and bring a co-worker, to learn about your Relationship with Food with Dietitian Andrea Clarke. This session is free to attend and is open to all tenants of CCC, regardless if you have a fitness membership. Pre-registration is required to ensure sufficient food is provided. Contact Alison by November 5th to register.

In January 2020, we will be switching our class registration system from a per-class basis to a monthly unlimited-access pre-authorized payment program. To celebrate the change, classes in November and December will be offered for free to all members of CCC Fitness.

May is Mental Health Month

Our gratitude wall is back at the CCC Fitness Centre for the month of May. Use the provided sticky notes to post on the wall around the TV about things you are grateful for, things you dream about and things that motivate you. Improve your positive mental affect by sharing with others.

May Lunch & Learn

Need help with making time for the gym or managing your time at the gym? Join us on May 15th 12:00-1:00 to learn what you can do to improve your efficiency at the gym and make your day-to-day life more productive. All tenants of Calgary City Centre Building are welcome, you do not need to be a member of the fitness facility.

Meditation Mondays

Join us 12:00-12:45 every Monday in May, in the CCC Conference Centre on the +15 level for a meditation practice led by a trained meditation instructor.

February 26th Lunch & Learn

Andrea Hardy, Registered Dietitian with Ignite Nutrition presents: Canada’s New Food Guide: Learn what the food guide changes mean for you, and practical nutrition tips on how to apply it! Pre-register by February 22 to ensure enough food is provided. All tenants of Calgary City Centre are invited to attend.

Did you lose something?

During the month of October, we will be showcasing our lost and found collection. Anything remaining on November 1st will be donated to goodwill.

Do you like smoothies?

Come to the gym 12 days between July 16 and August 31 and you’ll win a free Jugo Juice smoothie. Come to the fitness centre 24 days between July 16 and August 31 and you’ll win a free Jugo Juice Smoothie and a 2 for 1 coupon.
