February Heart Health Challenge

Physical activity guidelines require adults get 150 minutes a week of moderate to vigorous aerobic activity to get basic health benefits in the fight against heart disease, diabetes and obesity. In January 2020, we will be switching our class registration system from a per-class basis to a monthly unlimited-access pre-authorized payment program. To celebrate the change, classes in November and December will be offered for free to all members of CCC Fitness.

May is Mental Health Month

Our gratitude wall is back at the CCC Fitness Centre for the month of May. Use the provided sticky notes to post on the wall around the TV about things you are grateful for, things you dream about and things that motivate you. Improve your positive mental affect by sharing with others.

Did you lose something?

During the month of October, we will be showcasing our lost and found collection. Anything remaining on November 1st will be donated to goodwill.
