Group Exercise Classes

Our in-house classes resume on Thursday, October 1st with the option for those still at home to join us through the member portal.

  • Mondays 12:05-12:50 – Mat Pilates with Nicole
  • Tuesdays 12:05-12:50 – Cycle with Julie
  • Wednesdays 12:05-12:50 – Bootcamp with Marie
  • Thursdays 12:05-12:50 – Step & Sculpt with Marjorie
  • Fridays 12:05-12:50 – Cycle with Damir



Do you enjoy the instruction and motivation provided by a class instructor, plus the camaraderie of exercising alongside others? We offer the option of a monthly unlimited pass for $40+GST or a drop-in rate of $5+GST.

A variety of classes are held at Calgary City Centre Fitness. All group exercise classes are led by certified instructors.

All classes are self-paced, which means that you determine the intensity that is best for you. It’s easy; just listen to your body. We encourage you to exercise according to your fitness level.
