Pedro Herdes,

Personal Trainer

About me:
I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness in life through fitness and well-being
which was always something I’ve done myself. Very active growing up, competing in multiple
sports, after years of corporate jobs, I decided to move to Canada and get an Exercise Science
degree and start working in this field that I was always very involved. I also worked in many
major sport events as a producer such as the UFC, 2016 Rio Olympic Games, FIFA World CUP
and others.
How can I help you?
I think everyone deserve the right to an improved overall health and to feel good about
themselves inside and out. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in all areas of life.
Getting fit and healthy doesn’t need to be hard, you just need the right guidance and tools to
jumpstart your fitness journey or take it to the next level.
My focus as a trainer is on my client’s needs. It could be weight loss, improving conditioning,
getting stronger and more muscular, body decomposition or any other specific goal that is
personal and tailored to you.
