Personal Training

Personal Training packages include:

  • Fitness and health assessment
  • Goal setting
  • Basic Nutrition advice
  • Personal training sessions based on needs/goals
  • One-on-one attention and education

Sessions can be purchased in packages of 3, 5, or 10 sessions. Prices vary per session per package.

Virtual Personal Training is available for our members. Contact our staff for more details on setting up sessions with your desired trainer online.

Personal Training Options

One-on-One

  • Package includes one-on-one attention and education with a personal trainer with the above mentioned inclusions
  • Schedule is flexible and sessions can be moved or changed as needed
  • Requires 24-hour notice of cancellation, or the session will be billed

Pair Training

  • This includes you, a workout partner, and a trainer
  • Schedule is determined by all parties and is flexible for time changes as needed
  • Requires 24-hour notice of cancellation, or the session will be billed
  • If one person can not make the training time, session can be rescheduled prior to 24 hours of session. If less then 24 hours, the session will still be billed

Small Group Training Available – please contact for details

  • Price varies per package depending on the number of participants
  • Requires 24-hour notice of cancellation, or the session will be billed

Personal Training Policies

  1. Sessions expire one year from purchase date.
  2. Required 24-hour notice of cancellation, or the session will be billed. No refunds for sessions missed.
  3. Sessions can be transferred between members and between same level of trainer.
