Get your hearts pumping with:
Spin – 5KM (bottom right corner number on the spin bikes) at the resistance of your choice
Row – 1000m at a resistance of your choice
Go – 1.5KM on the treadmill at an incline of 0.0 at a speed of your choice
You need to complete each event each week to be entered into the draw. The events can take place in separate workout sessions.
Push your fellow members by posting your times on the whiteboard in the gym. If you would prefer to not post your time you can simply mark a check mark.
