Following the Health Fair, we will be utilizing our digital platforms to promote behaviour change based on the presentations from the health fair with tracking sheets, movement reminders and nutrition tips.

Sit Less advice: Set a timer on your phone or listen to your smart watch when it buzzes each hour to get up and move around. Encourage walking meetings when possible.
Mindfulness practices: When you start to feel overwhelmed, close your eyes and focus on your breath – 4 counts in, 4 counts out.
