WHEN: February 1 ‐ 28, 2017
WHAT: A challenge to get 30min (or more!) of heart pumping cardiovascular exercise per day. Must be completed at the Fitness Centre (or initiate from Fitness Centre such as an outdoor run/walk).
HOW: Walk, run, bike, elliptical, stair climb or row! For each 30 minutes of cardio, record your name on a heart and stick it on the tree (which will be located on the window in the front reception). The more hearts you post, the more chances you have to win draw prizes!
