WHEN: February 1 ‐ 28, 2017 WHAT: A challenge to get 30min (or more!) of heart pumping cardiovascular exercise per day. Must be completed at the Fitness Centre (or initiate from Fitness Centre such as an outdoor run/walk). HOW: Walk, run, bike, elliptical, stair climb or row!
