Introducing Pop-up classes! Member’s can now enjoy more styles of classes. These pop-up classes will be included with a member’s unlimited class pass or they may purchase a drop in class pass to attend. Pop-up classes will happen once every 2-4 weeks! First up on the list Zumba!
New group exercise class schedule for the Fall will begin September 12th! The new schedule includes more optimal times for members and an additional class. Spin Express will be added to the schedule. Come and experience indoor cycling with these fun but challenging classes. Let our instructors motivate you through a variety of drills at varying intensities. Learn proper pedaling and riding techniques. These classes are open to all levels of fitness as you are in charge of tension levels and pacing. You’re guaranteed to leave feeling exhilarated!
