Exercise of the Month: TRX Row


This very adaptable exercise can be as difficult or as easy as you are needing for that day. It focuses on strengthening the muscles in the arms & upper/mid back to help create better posture. Happy Holidays!

Just a few reminders as we move into the holidays: The facility will be unstaffed from December 24th to January 2nd.
